Working process

Last updated: August 3, 2026

This page describes how we work: what you get, how the work goes and how payment happens. These are our standard arrangements — the details of each project are fixed separately before work starts.

What we do

We build websites for local businesses: one-page and multi-page, in Ukrainian and English. We also help with the domain, hosting and ongoing support.

How the work goes

First we agree the scope, price and timeline — in writing, before work starts. Then we build the site and show it on a temporary link. You review it and we make revisions within the agreed scope.

Payment

Payment happens after you approve the finished site on the preview link. The site goes live on your domain after full payment. Without payment the preview is never published and is later disabled.

Website content

You provide the texts, photos and business details, and you are responsible for their accuracy and your right to use them. We help with copy and with choosing illustrations.

Revisions

Revisions within the agreed scope are included in the price. Substantial extensions — new sections, features or a different structure — are discussed and quoted separately.

Rights to the website

After full payment the website belongs to you, and the domain is registered in your name. The tools and building blocks we use in our work remain ours.

Liability

We build carefully and on time, but we can’t guarantee specific business results — customer numbers or Google rankings. The domain and hosting depend on their providers; if something fails, we help get everything back up.
